MaryAnn is a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, 4 Monument Square, Leominster MA. Prior to that MaryAnn had been with Towne & Country, Realtors® since she began selling real estate. She was recently recognized for being with that company for 30 years, and to say that she is familiar with all types of markets and scenarios is an understatement.
MaryAnn was born and raised in Leominster, MA (as Mary Ann Hartman) and she still lives in Leominster. She loves her family life, and loves to knit for them.
She is active in her community, both locally and nationally. She can always be found at the polls on Election Day, and is involved with the Ragdolls2Love.org- volunteers make ragdolls to give to disadvantaged children and Caps to the Capital sponsored by Save the Children. Two of her other favorite causes are the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the American Heart Association.

I left a voice mail message today at the office. I am interested in selling the home my Mother, Delia Antil who lived on Sixth St. in Leominster. She passed away in October. I need advice on how to proceed & what needs to be done before it goes on the market. I now own the house. Thank you.
